Scary Disappointments...

Everyone's heard this before "They don't make them like they used to" well that saying goes perfectly with scary movies. I've watch a couple of scary movies in the past few days, and I laughed more than I got scared. Movies like The Exorcist & The Omen used to put the fear on you as soon as you heard the score, now even the music sucks. I watch Paranormal Activity (one of the most hyped movies of last year) and it was a waist of time, not scary, story sucked, and acting was horrible. Halloween is one of my favorite movie franchises, the old ones are great (well the first couple, after awhile is all the same) but the new re-makes by Rob Zombie are ok. The first one was really good because he stayed true to the original, but Halloween 2 was a disaster! He maid the movie more his own than staying true to the story, and it was an EPIC FAIL (spoiler alert). The story sucked big time, acting was horrible beyond comprehension and to make matters worst, HE GAVE MICHAEL MYERS A FACE!!! Michale don't have a face, that's the appeal of it, what makes it scarier and if you gonna give him a face, don't make it a face of an old WWE wrestler! LMAO!

Anyways, I love scary movies, I love the feeling I get when I get scared(the rush) and is sad that movies don't bring that to the table anymore. Hope someone in hollywood feels the same way I do and talks to people that can make a change cu I can't. Scary disappointment indeed...
